Third party validation of 27% projected air conditioning energy consumption and cost reduction each year ($1,200, 8,000 kWh) using COOLNOMIX on the 27-ton RTU that cools the Chelsea Public Library.

Partially sponsored by the MassCEC Deploymass program, the COOLNOMIX benefits were demonstrated at the Winthrop Council of Aging, a senior citizen center. COOLNOMIX was installed on 2 packaged RTUs and delivered 32% energy and cost reduction. Simple payback is 4.3 years.

Fitness First installed COOLNOMIX on 3 packaged AC units at one of their gyms. They achieved 22% energy reduction on their AC systems, resulting in an 11% reduction on their building electricity bill.
