Partner Types

CoolGreenPower goes to market using a channel sales model. We rely on third parties (“Partners”) to market, sell, and install COOLNOMIX. We have 3 categories of COOLNOMIX partners:

HVAC/R or Mechanical Contractor

  • Expected to install COOLNOMIX products themselves earning 100% of COOLNOMIX installation services
  • Buy COOLNOMIX at a discount and resell to businesses and government agencies
  • Often bundle COOLNOMIX with other products and services they offer (e.g., preventative maintenance, AC Tune-ups)
  • Not permitted to resell to other channel partners
  • Not required to hold stock

Manufacturer’s Reps / Sales Specialists

  • Compensation is based upon a commission for an individual order
  • Not required to hold stock but required to purchase at least 1 demonstration unit

Distributor / Wholesaler

  • Provide services including sales and technical training, marketing, demand generation support, opportunity development support, and quote/order processing
  • Buy products at wholesale cost and sell to resellers
  • Identify and manage Channel Partners and Referral Agents in their area
  • Can resell and/or install COOLNOMIX if they choose
  • Must hold minimum COOLNOMIX stock
